RELEASE: All participants, sports fishermen, their companions and boats enter at their own risk, and hereby release, discharge and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Sailfish Championship(WSC), Executive Adventures and their sponsors, advertisers and other participants and any agents, employees, officers, directors, contractors and successors of the above mentioned organizations from any and all claims, losses, damages, demands, causes of action, suits and liability of every kind arising out of , connected to, or resulting from the SFOn event, including without limitation, any claim for loss, damage or destruction of property, or injury (including death), regardless of whether such loss arises in whole or in part from the negligence of SFO, its officers, employees, agents,sponsors, directors, contractors, or successors for any loss arising out of, connected to, or resulting from this event. We also understand that this release binds our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns as well as ourselves. By checking this box, my team and I and our participants and attendees acknowledge that we have read and understand the release terms and conditions and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. We also agree to authorize Executive Adventures the freedom to use any of our likenesses in any video or print whether for advertisement or profit without compensation of any kind.

TV RELEASE: All participants, team members, sports fishermen, captains, crew members, officials, volunteers, independent contractors, employees, and/or their companions and boats enter, participate and take part in SAILFISH PRO SERIES (“SPS”) tournaments, activities, and events at their own risk and expressly assume any and all risks associated therewith. For good and valuable consideration, I hereby release, discharge and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPS, EXECUTIVE ADVENTURES, and their officials, officers, directors, owners, members, representatives, agents, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, promoters, advertisers, sponsors, partners, joint venturers, affiliates, and assigns (collectively, “Released and Indemnified Parties”) from any and all claims, losses, damages, demands, causes of action, suits and liabilities of every kind arising out of, related to, or resulting from any SPS tournament, activity or event, including without limitation, any claim for loss, damage or destruction of property, or injury (including death), regardless of whether such loss arises in whole or in part from the negligence of any Released and Indemnified Party. This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as possible under applicable law, and if any portion of this release is held invalid or unenforceable, the balance shall continue in full force and legal effect. I also agree to authorize SPS or others acting in its behalf, the right to record my person and voice using audio, photographic, and video techniques. I further grant to SPS the right to use any such productions in any manner that they see fit. I hereby waive all rights of any nature in such recording(s) and the exhibition thereof. It is understood that this grant of license includes the right to use, reproduce, distribute, sell, and exhibit such photographic, video, or audio productions in any and all media throughout the world without limitation, and to authorize others to do so. It is further understood that this grant is provided at no cost to SPS and that no compensation of any kind shall be due me or expected. THE SUBMITEE HAS READ THIS RELEASE, FULLY UNDERSTANDS ITS TERMS, UNDERSTANDS THAT SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS ARE GIVEN UP BY SUBMITTING IT AND SUBMITTING IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made or relied on. I fully understand that this release will be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators, and assigns and that the beneficiaries of this release are and will be relying on my consent, as evidenced by my submital, as an inducement to allowing me to enter, participate or take part in SPS tournaments, events or activities. By submitting below I agree to the aforementioned terms and also attest that I am legally eligible to submit this instrument.
