Raise Fish for Your Favorite Charity

Have a cause you feel passionately about? An organization that would benefit from a donation? By registering for the charity division, your charity of choice could be the beneficiary this year!

The Charity Division at the World Sailfish Championship was started in 2008 and by 2010 had raised $110,000!! This year we hope to go over the $200,000 mark!!!

Your donation to the Charity Division is 100% tax deductible!

All it takes is a minimum entry of $5,000 (which is tax deductible) and the name of your favorite 501c3 charity! The charity division leaders will be displayed on the leader board in Mallory Square during the event as well as on the live scoring page with a link to your charity.

The more participation, the more your charity will benefit. The total amount raised is split, 50% will be presented by the first place winner to the WSC Charitable Foundation in their name and the remaining 50% will be split 50/30/20 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and will be awarded to the winners'charity of choice*. The winners will be recognized on stage and presented a beautiful trophy. The number of places paid out shall be contingent upon participation.

* The winner's charity of choice must be an IRS qualified charity as determined by Section 501(c) (3) of the IRS code and is subject to the approval by the World Sailfish Championship Charitable Foundation.
