Wade Boggs, MLB Hall of Fame

In 1968 he led National League second basemen with a .987 fielding percentage. In 1973, Cookie helped set a Royals record – 192 double plays, and during that year he drove in 69 runs and scored 78 runs.

Pierre Larouche
NHL All-Star Center, Pierre Larouche, was a first-round draft pick of the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1974-75. Pierre was named the Sports Illustrated Rookie of the Year that same season. He became the youngest player to score 50 goals and 100 points in a season and won two Stanley Cups with the Montreal Canadians. This three-time All-Star shares the record with Wayne Gretzky of scoring 50 goals with two different teams.
